SchedFull is an inverted OpenTable for patients to book appointments. It offers a web-based tool to help manage appointment cancellations and make it easier to communicate with clients via SMS and email. Many clinics have a long wait time to get an appointment even though there are cancellations on a daily basis. Oftentimes, busy clinics have last-minute appointment cancellations that could be easily filled if there was a streamlined way of recording and communicating with wait-listed patients. This leads to frustrated patients who can't get appointments quickly, even though slots are available, and lost revenues. Our tool allows you to maintain a waitlist, include keeping track of timing and provider preferences. When a cancellation occurs, our service can contact those waitlisted with whom the new availability works with information on the newly available appointment slot, keeping schedules as full as possible.
