CareMonkey (www.caremonkey.com) is a free social care app for people to keep track of and share care information with people they trust (the 'carers'). Using the CareMonkey app a user can create a care profile containing information such as emergency contacts, health and safety alerts (such as allergies, medications, asthma plans, etc), immunisations, family history, blood type, organ donor details, health and ambulance insurance details and much more. The idea behind the app is to help users be better carers for their family and friends by having access to and sharing important health and safety information.
