jigl is the stardarization of mobile messaging with a true multiplatform messenger that rules over all its competitors. jigl requires users to sign in with Facebook in order to open an account. It takes what people like from BlackBerry Messenger and unites it with what people like from Facebook. Users have to populate their contact lists individually and its is in no way linked nor similar to Facebook Chat. Instead of using PIN's, users add friends by inputing their Facebook email (jigl ID). The neet part about it is that they can add their friends quickly and simply just by searching them in their list of Facebook friends. No need for PIN's, just by knowing a friend's first and last name, the user can add anyone- regardless whether they're jigl users or not. Users can add friends to jigl independently whether they are friends on Facebook or not just by asking for their jigl ID (Facebook email.) jigl separates the people we know, from the people we talk to. With simplicity and functionality in mind, jigl is fundamentally better than the most popular messaging apps out there.
