My name is Kyra Hancock and am launching a new startup www.GuiltBill.com Guiltbill makes it possible to send a citation of $0.10 to your friends etc when ever you find them guilty of anything to be collected and added to your account balance. Example: A friend fails to meet you at the bar as promised, you then send him/her a guiltbill describing what you find him/her guilty of using images, videos etc. You can also send your self a guiltbill if you find your self guilty of doing anything when ever it happens each day. Example: You forgot to feed your cat before leaving for work in the morning.
